Piper Larson, an award-winning sales coach, helps her clients create an elegant online empire and attract the clients they desire for a business and life they love. She is the founder of the Elegant Freedom™ Lifestyle program and specializes in success coaching for women entrepreneurs.

In response to the client’s initial request for WordPress updates and a site refresh, our project direction changed as we recognized the need for a more comprehensive solution. Here’s an overview of the project:

• Initial Assessment: We started by assessing the client’s existing WordPress site and understanding their objectives. During this phase, it became evident that the project might require more than updates and a simple refresh.
• Identifying Needs: Through discussions and careful analysis, we determined that the existing site’s structure, design, and functionality wouldn’t effectively meet the client’s goals. As a result, we proposed a more robust approach that involved building a new website.
• New Website Strategy: Recognizing the client’s aspirations, we devised a strategy to create a new website. This strategy encompassed design, user experience, content, and technical implementation.
• Design and Branding: Based on the client’s preferences and objectives, the client provided sketch drawings of how she envisioned her new website layout. We implemented her branding style that included color schemes, typography, and imagery that resonated with their target audience.
• Content Migration and Enhancement: If applicable, we migrated relevant content from the existing site to the new one. However, this also presented an opportunity to enhance and optimize the content to better engage users and align with the new design.
• WordPress Development: Leveraging our expertise, we developed the new website which included implementing functionalities, plugins, and features that served the client’s needs.
• User Experience Focus: We prioritized user experience by designing intuitive navigation, incorporating clear calls-to-action, and ensuring a seamless journey for visitors.
• Visitor Privacy: Client was adamant that her visitor’s privacy be protected above and beyond the regulatory standards. We assisted with the sourcing and implementation of additional privacy software.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implementing SEO best practices, we optimized the website’s structure, content, and metadata to ensure its visibility on search engines and attract organic traffic.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Extensive testing was conducted to verify the website’s functionality, responsiveness, and compatibility across different devices and browsers.
• Client Collaboration: We worked closely with the client throughout the process, seeking their input and feedback at key stages of development to ensure the final product aligned with their vision.
• Results: The final result was a brand new website that exceeded the client’s initial expectations. By shifting from the original updates and refresh plan, we were able to create a website that met their comprehensive needs and provided a modern, engaging, and user-friendly online presence.
