WordPress has always been about making managing a website accessible to everyone; you shouldn’t need to be a coder to expand your site. As much as possible, we build the site in such a way that you won’t need to call us to make changes for you.

Need training? We can train your team to use WordPress and are always available if you get stuck.

Our basic website maintenance services are for the WordPress content management system. We also have experience working with CMS applications and we frequently connect WordPress to external marketing and sales platforms.

Yes! We don’t just maintain websites. We also provide web design and development services.

Some sites need a fresh start and a complete rebuild. These services provide a natural maintenance and support extension once a new site has launched.

We do not include email with our hosting plans.  Though it is possible to send email through many web servers, it’s unreliable and now considered bad practice to do so. This often leads to emails getting marked as spam, or simply never being delivered.

Hardly the qualities you’d want out of your email, right?

I strongly recommend going with a dedicated email provider that will allow you to have custom branded email addresses and ensure deliverability. Inboxes like Google WorkSpace (formerly G-Suite) and Outlook typically cost between $3 and $6 per inbox, per month — which you would pay directly to the service provider.

You might not realize it, but many web agencies subcontract or outsource much — or all — of their work (often overseas).  That’s okay for some,  but we are particular about the quality of work delivered and the people we work with.  While I personally take a hand in all phases of your project, you will be introduced to our awesome team who help take your website to the next level!

From time to time we may need to bring in a specialist to help with parts of a project (if it’s out of our area of expertise).  If this is required on your project, we will be transparent about that process, will oversee the work to ensure it meets the GreenixMedia standards, and be your direct point of contact.

The answer is Yes!  Nearly every website on the internet requires at least one (if not all) of these items. What your website needs will be unique to your website’s functionality and any applicable laws and jurisdictions.

Before your website is launched, we’ll address your needs for legal policies and I can help you get the appropriate policies in place or put you in contact with a company who can.

You will have the choice of foregoing these policies, but we will require a signed waiver acknowledging that you’ve been informed and absolving us of any and all liability.

We’ll do our best to scope your project based on our conversations, your goals, and our experience — but it’s impossible to foresee every possibility for your project this early in the process.

It’s not uncommon for us to realize that we need to make changes to the scope or deliverables of your project after we get started — it happens!

Any and all changes to the scope or deliverables of your project will require a change request and an updated quote. This is why we include a Change Budget in the Proposal of Services. Your change of scope or price will not change without a clear discussion and agreement with you prior to carrying out the work.

Any changes to the original Proposal of Services will be documented and your final invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

Absolutely! Included with your project is 30-days (post delivery) of warranty and support to ensure your website is functioning properly.

Due to the nature of technology, we cannot guarantee any work past the 30-day period unless your website is under our Website Management services, which essentially warranties your website so long as it’s under our management.

The 30-day period does not include adding any new functionality, features, or content.

It depends on a few variables: number of pages, content, and level of functionality. We can give you a quote quickly after a brief discussion. Simply complete the website quote form and we’ll discuss your needs and figure out which package will work best for your business and your budget.

Yes, and we strongly recommend that you hire us to write the content for your website.  Here’s why…

First, when we write the content, the project stays on track. Professional content writing takes time , and it’s a huge help to our busy clients when we’re responsible for the content. It’s one less thing you’ll need to worry about, and it prevents significant delays in getting your website launched.

Second, the content we write is for marketing AND SEO purposes. When we write content for your website, it will include SEO rich keywords. You’ll get effective content that speaks to potential customers, and content written specifically to improve SEO performance.

It depends. In most cases it is quicker and less expensive to start from scratch. But contact us  and send us your current website address and we can let you know!

Each website will be “SEO-Ready” utilizing SEO best practices.  We will insert your Google Analytics tracking code (or other, ie: Bing),  and can also setup your Google Search Console and submit your XML sitemap for indexing. While these are the basis for an SEO campaign, you will still need to have  advanced SEO services and if applicable, Local SEO marketing plans.

You own the website and all files once it is published. You will need to purchase a domain name and order a hosting account. You can choose one of our optimized hosting plans with domain or another hosting company of your choice.

Your hosting account contains all of your website files, which puts you in total control of the website and its content.

Yes! Every website we create comes with the WordPress content management system. Once your site is installed, we will setup a back end username & password for you. Here you will be able to update various sections of your website including images, content, newsletters, calendars, news & more. We provide custom written instructions once the website is published, and include free video tutorials and we’re here to walk you through anything you don’t understand.

If updating isn’t something you want to do, we offer a Website Management plan with monthly update services for your convenience.
