No. Unless your website was built by us, we’ll need to review your website before we can commit to managing your website. If we find your website wouldn’t be a good candidate for our Management plan, we’ll 100% refund your payment.
Each Website Management Plan includes Content Edits. The amount of time you receive is based on the Plan you choose. Typically, 1-2 tasks are completed within 30 minutes. Here’s what’s included:
- Adding, Changing or Removing pictures provided by you to your website
- Resizing your images or cropping them
- Adding, Changing or Removing links to your website
- Adding, Changing or Removing videos provided by you to your website
- Adding, Changing or Removing pdf files or documents to your website
- Changing colors or layouts to any current pages on your website
- Replacing or changing logos provided by you to your website
- Updating contact information or other text on your website
- Renaming files or optimizing file names for Search Engines

In order to keep your website up to date, it first needs to be up to date. If we find that the core WordPress software, plugins or themes are more than just 1 version behind, we’ll get you a separate quote for first getting your website up to date.
Once that work has been completed, we’ll start you on a WordPress Management plan and that is when your start date will be set.
Yes, but we have a few terms and conditions regarding that.
1.) If the WordPress core files are customized, we will not be able to perform the upgrade without your approval. Updating the customized WordPress core files involves re-coding and custom programming. If you need this service, we will send an estimate and get approval from you before we proceed with the work.
2.) If a plug-in is customized, we will not be able to perform updates without your approval. Updating a customized plug-in can involve re-coding and custom programming. If you need this service, we will send an estimate and get approval from you before we proceed with the work.
3.) If the theme is customized we will not be able to perform updates without your approval. Updating a customized theme could involve redesigning, re-coding and custom programming. If you need this service, we will send an estimate and get approval from you before we proceed with the work.
