What if my website isn't up-to-date?

In order to keep your website up to date, it first needs to be up to date. If we find that the core WordPress software, plugins or themes are more than just 1 version behind, we’ll send you a separate quote for first getting your website up to date. Once that work has been completed, we’ll start you on a WordPress Maintenance plan and that is when your start date will be set.

What's included with my website?

At GreenixMedia, we believe every website should include certain features to ensure your satisfaction and success. That’s why every website we create includes a custom responsive design, WordPress CMS, stock images, social media integration, a custom contact form, foundational SEO, security hardening, performance boosting, cache integration and of course revisions to your satisfaction.

How long does it take to create a website?

It depends on the package (and how quickly you respond with edits as we go through the process) but in most cases with basic websites we can get your website up in as little as 3 weeks!

Can you write content for my website?

Yes, and we strongly recommend that you hire us to write the content for your website. Here’s why… First, when we write the content, the project stays on track. Professional content writing takes time , and it’s a huge help to our busy clients when we're responsible for the content. It’s one less thing you’ll need to worry about, and it prevents significant delays in getting your website launched. Second, the content we write is for marketing AND SEO purposes. When we write content for your website, it will include SEO rich keywords. I already have a website, can you just fix it up a little bit?

It depends. In most cases it is quicker and less expensive to start from scratch. But contact us and send us your current website address and we can let you know!

Who owns the website once it's complete?

You own the website and all files once it is published. You will need to purchase a domain name and order a hosting account. You can choose one of our optimized hosting plans with domain or another hosting company of your choice. Your hosting account contains all of your website files, which puts you in total control of the website and its content.

Will I be able to update the website once it's published?

Yes! Every website we create comes with the WordPress content management system . Once your site is installed, we will setup a back end username & password for you. Here you will be able to update various sections of your website including images, content, newsletters, calendars, news & more. We provide instructions once the website is published, and include free video tutorials and we're here to walk you through anything you don’t understand. If updating isn't something you want to do, we offer a Website Maintenance Care plan with monthly update services for your convenience.

Am I on my own once my website is published?

Never – We are here to help! Our goal is to be your “go-to-team” for all of your marketing needs after your website is published. Funny thing is this... Once we build your website write and/or add your content, we can't help but know your online business presence inside and out. So let us help and host your website, handle your website updates , and provide SEO, PPC, Local Marketing, Ad Campaigns and more!

Where will my website be hosted?

Clients usually sign up for Website Management services , which includes website hosting on our fully-managed, optimized servers. If you don't want to enroll in our Website Management services, no need to worry! You'll want to prepare to source your own hosting and set up the account. Once that's done, we'll guide you with the steps to prepare for migration and launch.
