What happens if my website goes down or is hacked?

All our WordPress Maintenance plans come with Emergency Downtime Support, ensuring your website is quickly restored using the latest backup. Our priority is to get your site back online as fast as possible. If additional updates or security measures are needed, we’ll notify you right away.

Am I locked into a website support plan?

Not at all! We don’t lock you into any WordPress maintenance whatsoever. If you need to cancel, you can at anytime, if you need to upgrade or downgrade – you can as well. We only require one month’s notice so that we can complete the necessary administration tasks involved with the change.

What if I need something that isn’t covered by my WordPress Maintenance plan?

We can usually help with this! We’ll be able to quote you, and get your approval for the quote prior to going ahead with any additional work required.

Do my monthly hours & tasks roll over?

Unfortunately not, we operate on a fair-use policy so that we can deliver a high level of service to all our clients. This means we allocate specific time every month for website care & maintenance for each client. We are unable to roll-over or credit your account for any unused portion of tasks or allocated time.

Why Do I Need a Maintenance Plan?

Properly maintaining your site helps to ensure site security, increase the number of new visitors, boost returning traffic, and more. You can read more about that on our blog post here

What website software do you maintain?

While we mostly maintain WordPress websites, we also have long-standing Drupal clients.

Can anyone signup for Website Maintenance Care?

Unless your website was built by us, we'll need to review your website before we can commit to maintaining or managing your website. Please request a review to see if you qualify

What's included in Thirty-Minute Tasks?

Thirty-minute tasks are generally tasks that take 30 minutes or less for one of our team to take care of. Generally this mostly overs things like updating website content, installing and configuring plugins, minor style tweaks, fixing typos and text corrections, fixing broken pages – and more :) A small task doesn’t include development time, this is a separate item and included in some of our plans. We can also provide pricing upon request, simply send us a ticket through your customer Support Hub .

My website has custom coding, can I still sign up?

Typically Yes, we can maintain custom coded websites, but it's better that we review your website first. Just contact us and we'll take a look.

Do you offer full website redesign and development services?

Yes! We don’t just maintain websites. We also provide web design and development services . Some sites need a fresh start and a complete rebuild. These services provide a natural maintenance and support extension once a new site has launched.
